As a Mississippi native, Rachel Deer has lived in the Jackson area for over 17 years, as well as in Hattiesburg, MS and where she was born and raised, Oxford, MS. Mrs. Deer has a Masters in Family and Consumer Sciences and Child Development from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified
Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, working on home improvement projects, working out, and binge-watching TV shows. Her greatest satisfaction is encouraging and motivating others and making people laugh.
